Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location, especially its proximity to King's Cross and St Pancras stations, making it convenient for travel. Many reviewers also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, several guests mention that the rooms are quite small, with some finding them cramped or lacking amenities such as air conditioning. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, and the hotel is considered a good base for exploring London, though value for money is seen as average due to the small room sizes and basic facilities.
