Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transport. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the breakfast, which was generally considered good, though a few found it limited. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests reporting issues such as stained carpets and small or tired rooms, while others found their rooms clean.
