Pros (+) Location to my daughters university apartment, trains into London, buses were fantastic for our purpose. Staff accommodating early check in, rooms clean plenty of towels shampoo blow dryer etc...breakfast was good it was included in the price and there were many options I.e. hot cold to go etc.

Pros (+) Lovely spacious room, fabulous shower, all amenities you come took expect in a modern hotel. Breakfast was simple and adequate. The staff went out of their way to help with my dietary requirements.
Cons (-) Decor was a bit tired but then it's too be expected in a busy London hotel.
