Cons (-) No free wifi in the rooms even as a HHonors member. In this day and age to charge $15 per day for Internet is ridiculous. Small room, no refrigerator, dated decor.

Pros (+) Everything worked as it should; good location for Tube and attractions, Museums.
Cons (-) Queuing for breakfast; we shouldn't need to be shown to a table and have breakfast explained to us. It's a good breakfast. Just get on with it!
