Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, making it convenient for transportation, shopping, and events. Cleanliness was frequently highlighted, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and bathrooms. The staff received positive remarks for being helpful and polite. However, noise from the busy surrounding streets was a common complaint, and several guests mentioned the lack of an elevator as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
