Pros:Everything was great!
Pros:Excellent location in terms of access to public transportation (tube), an absolutely outstanding shopping mall just around the corner and a broad array of dining options in the area,both in terms of cuisine and pricing. The room was extremely clean, and offered a nice selection of free beverages including teas, coco and bottled water as well as lotions and other bath sundries. Very nice! Also, we found that W12 Rooms has a very, very friendly and helpful staff. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
Cons:Only two niggles: although the bath was well sized, the room itself was very small- though workable. Just be organized! And although the room was well sound-proofed, wearing a pair of foam ear plugs took care of the occasional nightly siren. After we adopted those, we slept very well indeed in the comfy bed.
