Staff were excellent whether at front desk or catering to the noisy group I was with in the Windsor room. Hotel is well past its best before date and seriously needs a total reno. Furniture in room pretty beat up. No notepad, no pen, no local info etc. in fact nothing. On the plus side there was an iron and ironing board and a safe. Cons (-) bathroom a bit small although it was clean and well kept ( I am stretching a little to find something i didn't like)
Pros (+) Warm cookie at check in. Room was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Easy downtown location to everything. They had a cheap room service deal but we didn't get it. I would stay again.
Cons (-) The sinks faucet was to close to the back of the bowl so there wasn't much room. Not enough creamer or a milk option for the coffee maker.
