Beds were uncomfortable - didn’t sleep well all three nights. Pillows barely exist and have no form. Hotel is clean and well situated. The parking situation is unfortunate - only valet parking at the moment. But there is a public parking lot directly opposite.

The staff have no concern over the guests staying at this facility. Service was horrible. The Parking you are asked to pre-purchase will not be available on arrival . They will ask you to go find public parking.

Staff were excellent whether at front desk or catering to the noisy group I was with in the Windsor room. Hotel is well past its best before date and seriously needs a total reno. Furniture in room pretty beat up. No notepad, no pen, no local info etc. in fact nothing. On the plus side there was an iron and ironing board and a safe. Pros (+) Warm cookie at check in. Room was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Easy downtown location to everything. They had a cheap room service deal but we didn't get it. I would stay again.
Cons (-) The sinks faucet was to close to the back of the bowl so there wasn't much room. Not enough creamer or a milk option for the coffee maker.
