Pros (+) I liked the fact they included a utensil set for the kitchen
Cons (-) The mattress cover on the bed needs to be changed. When I stripped the bed I seen a burnt hole on the cover and also a lot of brown stains on the cover. The hallways also had a bad smell to them .
