Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Many found the property quiet and comfortable, with special mention of the spacious rooms and good customer service. However, there were some complaints about bed comfort, inconsistent cleaning, and issues with breakfast quality. A few guests also noted problems with amenities such as the pool towels, WiFi, and elevator access, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) Great location. Everything you could need close by. Nice lobby. Small bar inside. Reasonable price on weekend through hotels.com.
Cons (-) Staff not the nicest. You get that with big city hotels, I find, unfortunately.
