Staff was very friendly!!! Hotel overall was clean and our room was nice! Staff at breakfast and hospitality hour were fantastic as well! Location is great as there is a mall and many stores located around the area. Lots of locations to eat, from fast food to nice sit down restaurants very close! This is our 4th time staying at this hotel and we keep coming back! Highly recommend!

Staff needs to be more friendly, I felt we are dealing with robots, they never smile. They need to finish there job regardless of gest satisfaction, no flexibility, no human feelings. Faced this in frontdesck manager, Egg omlit preparing and breakfast buffet service. Pros (+) Staff was super nice and helpful! The room was clean and spacious! The omelets for breakfast were made to order and cooked by a chef, the rest of the options for breakfast were delicious!
Cons (-) Due to COVID the pool wasn't open, which is understandable.

Pros (+) Loved the new contemporary decor, rooms were very nice. Like the counter top and lighted mirror in bath. Very comfortable bed. Manager's reception and complimentary breakfast were great. We always stay here when we come for Christmas shopping, location is central to malls, restaurants etc.
Cons (-) Needs hook on back of bathroom door. Maid service didn't come til late afternoon.

Pros (+) The staff were very nice. the room was very comfortable.
Cons (-) to many kids, and it was under construction so could not take full advantage of the hotel. was hard to get to the pool area with a bad knee. had to take stairs due to the construction.
