9,6 Excellent
Pros: We loved how the owners maintained the classic feel of the mansion while incorporating modern amenities and comforts. The food was wonderful and homemade and you could tell the owners put thought and time into it rather than just throwing a store bought muffin on a plate. Overall we had a wonderful time and will absolutely stay again in the future.

Pros: The only possible improvement that comes to mind would be a few more breakfast offerings for people (like my wife)- who have an actual dairy allergy- that goes beyond 'dairy intolerance'. But the bed and also the pillows were well above average, and the noon checkout- (vs. a typical 11am)- was definitely another big plus! We will definitely be staying there again!
Cons: Already stated above; very little we didn't like.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has had a recent renovation and it shows. However, the management and staff has equaled the physical with an exceptional customer service philosophy. The breakfast quality and selection far surpassed the usual hotel free offerings.
Cons: Not anything of significance.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staybridge in Missoula is ours and our family's absolute favorite place to stay when we come to Missoula for Christmas and Thanksgiving. It is so comfortable and has everything you need for a great price, except in the summer when prices go up substantially. They even allow dogs, if you have a dog. We love the layout of the rooms, the newness of the facilities, etc. The breakfasts are awesome. Some of the best we have ever had in hotels, and we travel a lot. They even have a fireplace in the large breakfast lounge area, AND on Mon-Weds they have a light evening meal (soup and salad, pizza, etc.) One night they even served wine! They have a wonderful pool room (billiards), great swimming pool, exercise room, computer room, etc. They have thought of everything you might need for an affordable price.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location. Centrally located. Very good restaurant and bar. High quality service. Provided us with very very early shuttle to airport on schedule.
Cons: Manager failed to have shuttle pick us up at airport as he said he would. Waited about an hour and then got a cab. Very poor service. Acted like it was no big deal.
5,1 Okay
Cons: The Edgewater is an iconic hotel on the edge of the Clark Fork. Unfortunately, age has taken its toll. The cost of two nights exceeded $530. Here were the issues with our stay: 1. The hotel contains few of the amenities one expects nowadays. There is no refrigerator, microwave, or USB ports. There is no continental breakfast. Our simple breakfast in the restaurant ran us about $25. 2. $530 gets you a room that looks out over a parking lot and pipes and such. If you wish to look at the river, expect to pay quite a bit more. 3. Our room experienced a leak in the closet some time ago. (See pictures). It was profound enough to warp the shelf above the closet hangar that most of it is unusable now. There's no evidence this was ever addressed. 4. We had to call down for a blanket the first night as there were no extras. Perhaps it got wet up on the shelf earlier. 5. After our first night, we left in the early a.m. with our children to go see the town. There is no sign to indicate our absence and for staff to clean. We returned at 3 p.m. to an untouched room. At 4 p.m., housekeeping knocked. As our kids were asleep, we didn't opt for cleaning. Asked about delay the maid indicated "We're slammed." The hotel being a near capacity is not some surprise. Sufficient staff should be on duty to get the job done. 6. Key cards became inoperative after the first night. I had to slog back to the desk to fix them. Needless to say, we'll book elsewhere next trip.

Cons: The bathroom floor was not swept each day, and there were cobwebs in the corner of the sliding glass door. Onsite restaurant and room service are very expensive. No frig or microwave made keeping groceries difficult.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing!! The staff was great, hotel was spotless and nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable, restaurant was top notch, and location was great!! Will only stay here going forward.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The warm chocolate chips cookies were a great plus. The hotel is a noisy one. The walls and ceilings need some noise barriers.
Cons: Very nice hotel but SO noisy.I could hear the people in the room next to me ALL NIGHT LONG,their talking, snoring and shower went on all night. Above me were people who stomped ALL NIGHT LONG. I didn't get a minute of sleep. Front desk only said I'm sorry.
7,0 Good
Pros: Patio bar on the river and riverside room!
Cons: Grout in bathroom needs to be bleached/ deep cleaned and room was not ready on time. Had to go to the desk 3 separate times before it was ready and two of those were past the 3pm check in time.

Pros: Staff were very nice and tried to be accommodating.
Cons: We reserved a 2 queen bed and got a 1 king with a rollaway. One person slept on the floor.
7,5 Good
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: We rented 2 rooms. The 2nd room wasn't clean. They had left food from the previous people in the fridge. The pool/hot tub was absolutely disgusting!!! Who knows when it was cleaned last. The top surface was covered in dead skin particles, dirt, hair, & who knows what else. What was supposed to be a very relaxing soak was an extremely short disgusted sit down & get out moment.
7,5 Good
Cons: The coffee pot in our room didn't work
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was convenient to the freeway
Cons: No bar and no breakfast included which has not been our experience in other Garden Inns. Rather tired carpeting but clean enough. I should have looked more carefully rather than make assumptions. Wouldn't stay at this facility again.

Pros: Pool was nice and room clean. Close to interstate.

Pros: Hilton Garden Inn oversold their rooms and relocated us to another hotel. They then stated they did not have our 2nd night's confirmation even though I gave them the confirmation number. Horrible experienfe!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The in room jacuzzi was wonderful. I really appreciated the late check out request. Loved all the pillows on the bed, loved the quietness, couldn’t hear either side or the hall.
Cons: The mirror frame in the bathroom was broken. And when I bought a couple things from the vending area & had to pay at front counter, his eyes went big and he said something about me wanting to stay awake because I was buying abit of chocolate. I felt embarrassed and he shouldn’t have said anything and offered me a bag. I really wish the vending machines on each floor would come back so no one has to see what you are purchasing.

Pros: There was a $5 extra charge for the breakfast, but it was worth it because it was a full breakfast, made to order. We had a lovely view of the river because we were upgraded.
Cons: Note that we have stayed here before and had one of the interior rooms looking down on the atrium. We didn't like that, and were fortunate this time that the hotel wasn't crowded so they upgraded us to a view room.

Pros: The location was right off the interstate.Enjoyed the throw blankets on the beds.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Waffles, boiled eggs, cereal and the like. I wouldn't say it was super nice, but it got the job done. The rooms were huge! We had a single room with three queen beds. There was plenty of space for extra beds or just to spread out. The hotel was very clean and seemed to be well cared for.
Cons: The breakfast could be more elaborate, but it at least had an option for a hot breakfast of sorts. The bathroom was teeny tiny. for having such a large bedroom area, you had to squeeze around the bathroom door to get it shut and have privacy. It worked, just odd.
