Beds are comfy. The staff is the best!
Bathrooms could use some updating .
Location was perfect for checking out Missoula
Noisy. Hall noise too much.
Nothing, they have a bartender that is one of the rudest people I have ever met.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all well prepared and had a homemade flavor. All the staff were very attentive and patient with our mess (we were there for a large floral convention...we tried to be tidy, but it's hard with that many flowers!). The rooms were very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. I received a free upgrade to the executive level and my room (intended for handicapped travelers) was enormous. While I'm not handicapped myself, it was nice to see that the room would have easily accommodated an electric scooter or wheelchair.
Only two complaints - the only water fountain on the conference room level didn't work, and the water pressure in the shower was lackluster. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay!
Location was great!
Very small bathroom, mediocre restaurant. Having a room with an interior view of the hotel looking down on tables. An interior garden with a water feature of something of that nature would have been nicer.
