The Breakfast was brilliant, parking in the area was atrocious parking attendants constantly checking the cars. Our check in was supposed to be 3pm and yet no one was home to check us in after traveling miles. We opted to pay at the property yet the money was taken out the day we booked. We paid £10 extra for what I don’t know because the room was on the 3rd floor and you couldn’t swing a cat, the bed up against the wall we had to climb over each other to get in and out to toilet. The water was cold in the shower. The lady of the house was very nice but was not to be seen this morning we were told breakfast was at 9 I wouldn’t stay here again because it was not a comfortable place to stay. Tea and Coffey was not available in room only coffee. The property downstairs was excellent but upstairs the rooms were in our opinion one room divided and compromised as to guests comfort.
Location is excellent, rooms are lovely and staff are extremely friendly will stay again.
Owner Jan gave us a warm welcome and gave us some tips. We were free to come and go as we pleased.
Location, rate, friendliness
It is located in a very good area close to the promenade and restaurants.
The room was very small and to get out of bed I had to pass over my husband. Ensuite shower/toilet very small.
