Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting issues such as musty smells or insufficient cleaning. The bathrooms are a common point of criticism, often described as small, impractical, or lacking privacy. Bed comfort is also mentioned negatively in several reviews, with complaints about hard or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, improvements are needed in bathroom facilities and bed comfort.
