Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transportation. Some reviewers mention friendly and helpful staff, and a few find the hotel to be a good value for the price, especially for budget travelers. However, many guests complain about poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, uncomfortable beds, and neglected facilities. Noise from the street and the surrounding area is also a frequent concern. While the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.
