WI-FI does NOT work Depressing old hotel without any maintenance Room was smelly Towel were dirty The carpet was full of hideous stains Rooms to the street gets extremely noisy due to heavy car traffic and the hotel doesn't offer proper sound proof windows. Elevators are slow Staff were rude and angry probably because minimum wage AC barely worked
The location on one the centers of Lisbon with good public transports e good road connections to the surroundings. Also the beautiful, although a little bit dated decoration, Varanda (Balcony) Restaurant at the 10th floor.
Nothing of great matter. Only that the room that as assigned to me at the front desk it was not yet ready, but they immediately redirected me to a better (5 floors above) one. So, very nice and pleasant stay for a good price/quality ratio
Restaurant good value
Room a bit small
The location was directly across the street from the hotel where I could not remain for my entire stay in Lisbon because it was fully booked one of the nights.
I think that in room Internet access was overpriced. The carpet and painting inthe room were terribly in need of updating.
we expierienced a nice hotel with mostly friendly stuff . we felt convienient.the location was quiet central.
we found a very intensive negative odore comming from the bathroom and tried to draw attention on this at the reception. the room number was noted , however the complain was not fixed. it was only posible to sleep with open windows, which was very noisy. unfortunatly no body ask if this condition improved.it was a huge disadvantage.the bathroomshower area wallskin showed a bad sign of fungus .i would rework this bathroom soon. to avois hassardus for guests.
Ibis Marquês de Pombal is distinguished by its privileged location, close to Avda Liberdade and "Marquês de Pombal" metro station, surrounded by many of the city's historic and artistic points of interest. Rossio square, the Chiado district and Eduardo VII park, some of Lisbon's finest areas, are all nearby. Staying in one of its nerve centers is an excellent option to enjoy the city in full.
