Great service! Feel like home... nice, clean and friendly. The staff is just great.
I liked it all!
Location was great, facilities also great
Shower blockage every time shower was used leading to constant flooding. We complained twice but nor much was done. Overall cleaning of the room was average. Towels had stains, fresh robes with stains. Evening refresh device only happened twice.
Good location. Very clean. Great service overall.
Rooms are outdated.
Our iPad has been stolen from our room , and the day after was rurned on , so we could geolocation it , and it magically has been found and we have been called , saying it was in our room in the bed sheets, where it absolutely wasn’t because it was without batter and never moved it from the bag we left in the room , this is so bad for a Ritz four seasons! The manager Ana helped us a lot and was the one who really helped us to find the iPad , but seriously the staff steal from the client’s bags?
The property is a bit old and smelly
