Convenient location, friendly, clean, hight standard. Wonderful view of the city of Lisbon! We loved our stay in D. Pedro.
Old style window curtains- little bit old fashion furniture, you can see this hotel has its best times long after
Near bus lines. Staff provided information.
Failed to clean our room one day and failed to apologize or prove some compensation. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive.
The hotel is very nice and if you have a river view room, you'll have fantastic views of Lisbon, the river and the bridge. The hotel is also located just outside the "old city", which means you get away from the tourist crowds, but you are close enough to get everywhere quickly. You can easily walk (20 mins) into the old town or take a tram (10 mins) that stops right by the hotel. I think this is much better than being in the old town where you'd constantly be among crowds of tourists. Overall, I would pick this hotel again in a heartbeat.
The business facilities. I picked this hotel in part because I knew I'd have to have computer/business facilities access at least one night of my stay. First, the "business" facilities are open only from 6am to 6pm. Why? It doesn't cost the hotel anything to have this open 24/7, esp. because int'l travelers will need to work in all kinds of time zones. 2nd. The internet, in the rooms and the "business center" (1-2 computers really), is excruciatingly slow. For a modern hotel, that's just poor. 3rd. The computers in the "business center" had such outdated browser software that I couldn't access the programs I needed to access and during our 5-night stay, no one ever bothered to update the browsers. When you advertise a "business center", it can't be slow and have stone age software. Now I will say that the staff tried to bend over backwards trying to find me a laptop with more up-to-date software, which I really appreciated, but the slow internet still meant that something that would take me an hour to do, took me six hours. So I wouldn't really say this hotel has a business center or business facilities. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. We had other hotels on our trip with much better breakfasts, but it's not a big deal.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
