Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, noting the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, especially Edwin. The central location was highly appreciated for its convenience to restaurants and attractions. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive, with rooms and common areas kept tidy. Breakfast received favorable comments for its quality and freshness. However, several guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small, and some noted the lack of hot water and modern amenities.
