Guests say
Guests appreciated the clean rooms and convenient location, with several mentioning friendly or helpful staff. However, the majority of reviews were negative about the lack of breakfast, which was not disclosed prior to arrival and attributed to ongoing renovations. Many guests also cited poor or inconsistent service, with some experiencing rude staff or issues with refunds. The hotel's ongoing construction and lack of amenities such as a pool or breakfast were major sources of disappointment, and several felt the property should not have been open during renovations.
