Lexington car rental agencies offer a wide selection of vehicles. The roads are well-established with spacious streets. Thus, the car type you want to drive in the city depends on your specific logistic needs. As a solo traveler, look for the smallest vehicle possible. In addition to helping you beat heavy traffic on major roads, a smaller car will also help you minimize your expenditure on transportation since it consumes less gas and requires a smaller parking spot. If you travel in a group, look for a vehicle with a larger capacity.
Be sure to observe the varying speed limits when driving your car rentals in Lexington. Aside from saving you from trouble with traffic authorities, it keeps you and other road users safe. Unless posted otherwise, the speed limit in Lexington is 35 mph on unpaved roads and 25 mph on thickly inhabited areas of residence, businesses, and schools. The speed limit on rural interstates is 70 mph, and 65 mph on urban interstates. Remember to observe the posted speed limits.

Free on-street parking is available at 20 S. Randolph Street between Washington and Nelson Streets. If you are lucky, you can get a spot at Main & Nelson or near Main & Washington, which fill up first.

Cons:
We got a car that did not have a manual with information on how to access the controls. The car honked every time we tried to use the cruise control. And it took forever to get the ad by Serius XM to go off the screen. We finally went online to find the car manual and were then able to locate and use the controls. The car worked well after that. More importantly, the people at Enterprise couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff helped me t sync my phone since I had never done it before and all was easy after that.Cons:
I had not requested this kind of car, yet I found that I was more than pleased with every aspect of it. And since I sat in that car for three days straight, driving from east coast to west coast, that is saying quite a lot.2,0 Poor
