Pros (+) Location us great, parking lot is big, room decor is nice
Cons (-) Crack heads everywhere, approaching people outside, felt unsafe. Third floor smelled awful, holes in bathroom doors.

Pros (+) Price and location were good. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) There was a used towel and shampoo bottle still in the shower making me think it wasn't cleaned well. I told the staff there was dog poop in one of the stairwells and it was still there when I returned almost four hours later. Pretty gross. The key card worked to get into the back door only about one out of ten tries.

Pros (+) Mattresses were comfortable. Nice to have a hot breakfast available. Staff friendly. Definitely a budget hotel.
Cons (-) Room air conditioning was horrible. Never cooled down very well. The hallway was cooler than the room. It was over 100 degrees when we stayed...very uncomfortable sleeping. Stains on the carpet...not sure what they were.
