Pros: This hotel is situated a few mile from the city centre and was easy to locate using our GPS. It has a very large car park right outside the entrance. Our room was very large but had a small bathroom which could easily be extended by better utilization of the space available. As you would expect from a B.W. hotel, it has a work station and a large number of power points. The bed was very comfortable with a down duvet and pillows. We dined in both nights of our stay and had excellent food and service. Although out of the city centre, its only a few minutes walk to the tram stop. The very helpful receptionist supplied us with a map and highlighted the route and the tram number we needed, the cost and how to pay for the ticket. Getting into the city by tram was simple. A great hotel which I have no hesitation in recommending.

Cons: Entry has a low-budget Russian Hotels vibes - it looks like entry to a regular living building. Even though the hotel is massive - there is only single entry, so if you're unlucky - you may need a few minutes of walk before getting in/out.

Cons: Several things broken or missing in the room. Horrible stench from the toilet, obviously hasn’t been cleaned properly. Unhappy because I have stayed before and not had issues like this before, the standard of this hotel is steadily declining. Poor customer service of check in. Won’t stay here again.
