Pros (+) The price was lower than most other "similar" hotels.
Cons (-) Had to make a lot of noise for the front desk to show up when I checked in. TV was spotty, no WiFi, called front desk for 30 min with no answer, sheets were scratchy, there was hair all over the bathroom. Breakfast was so gross - had to just throw it out. Cons (-) The TV remote did not work. When I took it to front desk, they swapped mine out. That one didn't operate the tv either. When I went back to front desk, they told me that I needed to program the remote myself. Seriously?! They were very annoyed that I expected to operate the tv in my room. Pros (+) I mistakenly booked my stay on the wrong day, but did not realize it until arrived at the comfort inn around midnight. I had a wedding to attend the next morning. The staff at the hotel were honored my booking despite my mistake. They were so gracious. Great staff! Thank you comfort Inn
