Cons (-) I did not like how they advertised the room as a queen bed but it actually had a full size mattress. Management insisted I was crazy and refused to refund or upgrade me. I did not like how the "free breakfast" was just a coffee pot and some muffins in a box and some cereal/oatmeal. I did not like how small the room was, or that my bathroom fan was not working.
