Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the excellent location, often mentioning proximity to the balneario and ease of parking. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly and professional service from staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the comfort of the beds and pillows, describing them as old, uncomfortable, or in need of replacement. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others noting limited variety. While the hotel is seen as somewhat dated and in need of renovation, its value for price and welcoming atmosphere are recognized.
