The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was excellent.
It was clean and affordable. It offered a good breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.
I wanted to cancel my reservation because I was unfamiliar with the area when I made the reservation. I arrived very late and a young woman helped me find my room. Parking is a definite problem. I managed to scratch my car on the cement post. Because of late arrival I was unable to use the internet. The staff was off the next morning but the restaurant settled the bill. Room was very clean, warm, and TV worked well. No water glass or soap in bathroom.
Good Price for full apartment. Good for long term stay
What a wonderful hotel and experience! The views are gorgeous and the rooms are extremely clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. Our daughter loved the real-live storks in the small, but lovely nature reserve (we did too). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff the most enjoyable and helpful we have ever experienced. We would recommend to families and friends and they are dog-friendly! Hope to return before leaving Belgium.
The staff were very very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was located in a convenient location in a small quaint village that gave you a true picture of a German village. There was a small supermarket just around the corner with a bakery attached. The rooms were very nice and seemed to be very clean each day.
The only thing I can think of is that the breakfast was served at the same time that I needed to be picked up for work each day, so I only was able to enjoy it on the day that I left. Since many people staying there are usually military people moving into the area, it might be more helpful to make breakfast earlier so that all may enjoy it. (especially since it is included in the price)
It was difficult to find reception. All outside doors were locked (we had to ring the bell) even at 7 pm. Restaurant was closed.
Friendly staff, meals & particularly breakfast was excellent
Warm hospitality, very clean and comfortable, good, quiet location, fantastic breakfasts, wonderful staff.
very small showers
