Super accommodating we asked fir other pillows cooler blanket on bed made exception to ridiculous cdc guidelines on housekeeping
quit being pitiful sheep and stand for liberty and freedom. Screw Evers!!
Great location, beautiful grounds, staff very friendly and pleasant.
Room supposedly sanitized but when I started to put toiletries into the bathroom, I saw small black hairs in the tub and tub rim, like from shaving or something. It was really disgusting and not a great first impression. Stains in the carpet, small room and bathroom, outdated resort. Because of the pandemic, they required reservations to use the outdoor pool. It was booked every day we were there and we weren't able to enjoy it at all. I understand the precautions but they should waive the resort fee then. They also don't clean the room daily. Pillows were so thin that it took 3 of them to equal one pillow. Overpriced, dirty, outdated.
Great staff and beautiful grounds
Room was not worth $300 / night. It was not any nicer than a Hampton Inn. Patio was filthy. Bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had in hotel room. Sheets were too small for bed and kept bunching up. AC was LOUD. Didn’t sleep much at all.
Multiple buildings and long trek to front desk. No ATT reception in room. Patio door broken. in room phone broken. Shower did not work!!
The view of the lake
Large rooms with nice amenities. Clean. Large resort with mutliple dining options, nice lobby area to gather, especially with young families. Great facilities with an indoor pool, arcade, and skiing.
They did not seem prepared for the weekend rush. Our room, which was supposed to be ready by 4pm, was not ready until 5:30 and we had to be put in a different room. This seemed to be an issue with multiple guests. The next morning, the alarm went off at 5am, as housekeeping did not check the alarm to make sure it was off. For a short weekend stay, these things are dissappointing.
Great for a Kid's getaway
The rooms were nice, clean and the bedding very comfortable. Skiing was convenient and perfect for the beginner skier.
They were not prepared for the holiday check-in. Rooms were not ready till evening and it made it difficult for those with children. They offered "drinks" which were really not helpful when with a five year old. No attempt to give us a different level room, etc. Hallways and restaurants were not clean . The staff in the restaurants were very nice and accommodating but they were pricey for a family resort.
Carpets should be cleaned more frequently - large dirt spots on carpet in our room. Also, time to install new carpets, as current carpets are starting to fade.
The rooms were very nice and the hotel was quiet. We ended up going to the water park so it was nice to come back to a hotel with more amenities than just fast food. The staff was extremely helpful.
Grounds are beautiful
Rooms are old and carpets were stained and dirty. The room didn't smell fresh and clean.
Beautiful grounds! The outdoor pool/patio looked fabulous as well but we didn't get to enjoy it as thew weather was a little cool.
Rooms were a little worn, you can tell that they made an effort to update recently but if you looked closer you can tell that the remodels/cosmetic improvements were not done well and attention to detail was not there. There was not a whole lot of insulation between rooms as you could hear others in room next to you pretty clearly.
The pool and grounds were very nice.
The fire pit in the embers lounge kept going out. We went for a couples massage but they don't have a sauna or hot tub that's coed afterwards for relaxing together. The signs that give directions around the property are sometimes confusing.
