Pros (+) Great location, beautiful grounds, staff very friendly and pleasant.
Cons (-) Room supposedly sanitized but when I started to put toiletries into the bathroom, I saw small black hairs in the tub and tub rim, like from shaving or something. It was really disgusting and not a great first impression. Stains in the carpet, small room and bathroom, outdated resort. Because of the pandemic, they required reservations to use the outdoor pool. It was booked every day we were there ...

Pros (+) Great staff and beautiful grounds
Cons (-) Room was not worth $300 / night. It was not any nicer than a Hampton Inn. Patio was filthy. Bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had in hotel room. Sheets were too small for bed and kept bunching up. AC was LOUD. Didn’t sleep much at all.

Pros (+) Large rooms with nice amenities. Clean. Large resort with mutliple dining options, nice lobby area to gather, especially with young families. Great facilities with an indoor pool, arcade, and skiing.
Cons (-) They did not seem prepared for the weekend rush. Our room, which was supposed to be ready by 4pm, was not ready until 5:30 and we had to be put in a different room. This seemed to be an issue with multiple guests. The next morning, the alarm went off at 5am, as housekeeping did not check the alarm to make sure it was off. For a short weekend stay, these things are dissappointing.

Pros (+) The rooms were nice, clean and the bedding very comfortable. Skiing was convenient and perfect for the beginner skier.
Cons (-) They were not prepared for the holiday check-in. Rooms were not ready till evening and it made it difficult for those with children. They offered "drinks" which were really not helpful when with a five year old. No attempt to give us a different level room, etc. Hallways and restaurants were not clean . The staff in the restaurants were very nice and accommodating but they were pricey for a family...
