Pros: The room size really suprised us as to how big the room was. Not only did it have 2 queen size beds, but it also had a seperate area with a sofa bed too.

Pros: Great location that was easy to find. The parking was ample as well. The breakfast was great. The to go bag snack was a very nice touch.

Cons: The definition of suite was not clear to me. I thought a suite was two rooms. One room for sleeping and another separate room with a fold out couch. The suite that I had was just one room with a single pivot TV. This meant we all had to suffer in one room with my daughter snoring on a sleeper sofa in a direct line of sight with the bed.

Unsavory clientele in other rooms. Woke up in AM to see roaches crawling around. After driving 10 hours and the impending tropical storm weather we were too exhausted to find another hotel. Cons: We were in town from Indiana for my mother in laws funeral. After a long day we returned to the room only to find our keycards didn’t work. The last thing you want is to have to go deal with that issue at the end of the day. The staff made all the excuses in the world why that happened.

Cons: We reserved a non-smoking room with a Queen sized bed. Were given a smoking room with double bed. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray ... Which was appropriate since there was a dirty ashtray next to the sink. The back of the bathroom door ... Appears as if someone punched a hole in it and instead of replacing or fixing the door ... Looks like maintenance just applied joint compound over paper (perhaps..it's very flimsy). The area remains soft from the humidity in the bathroom, unappealing to look at and a potential for mold growth. Even the towels smelled like smoke. And when we got home the next day our pajamas smelled like we had spent the evening in a smoky bar. Just plain disgusting. We had driven a very long distance and arrived at the hotel late at night ... We regret not asking of a refund and finding other accommodations. The staff when we checked in were pleasant enough. The continental breakfast was choice of a pot of oatmeal, yogurt, premade refrigerated omelette you could microwave or a waffle. Beverage coffee, apple juice or OJ (tasted like Tang) ... We passed on the breakfast. The next morning it took almost twenty minutes before the clerk would answer the call for front desk assistant so we could check out. It was obvious he had been sleeping in the back. As we waiting at the front desk other guests just dropped their keys by the computer and left frustrated with the wait. The phone at the front desk must have rang 20-25 different times and did not bring the clerk to the front desk. Finally, we called the 1-800# listed at the front desk to leave a complaint and as we were speaking with the operator the clerk finally appeared ... Looking disheveled, sleepy eyed and stated "I wonder where my clerk is"? We thought ... Umm I think that's you, Sir, but nice try. This was at 7am.

The bathroom looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was slime, fecal matter, hair around the toilet seat. Towels had black hand prints on them, floormats had feet footprint on them. Chest /pubic hair on walls. Air vent hanging down and exposing wires. Floor made our feet and sock completely black. Sink had white residue all over it. The plugs wouldn't keep items plugged in. We had to tape it down. The refrigerator had rust all over it. The pillows had large yellow stains on them. I felt something crawling on me all night. When we arrived, a very creepy man was walking around. Definitely looked like a sexual predator. This property made us very upset and uncomfortable. I intend to write Wyndham properties and encouraging them to investigate this property and severing all ties and associations with this hotel. I would like a full refund. I wouldn't recommend any human or animal to stay there.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, economical, good location

Cons: Some of the hotel guests were a little sketchy. But, that is not the hotel's fault.

Cons: It was very dirty the toilet was so gross words cannot describe it:

Cons: Room was infested with lovebugs our entire stay. Multiple towels had stains. Dried throw up by the pool.

Pros: It was a smaller, intimate hotel with a cute water feature in the front as well as great pool and fitness center area. The rooms had hardwood floors which is nice along with the mini-fridge, microwave, large TV with excellent cable channel selections.

Cons: The bead are at least 3-1/2 to 4 feet off the ground. It makes it very difficult for shorter individuals and older people to get in and out of the beds safely.

Pros: The breakfast is great. It's not basic and the price of rooms is very good.

Cons: Bathroom all corroded looked like no cleaning at all. Kleenex cover rusted all over. No way I would even wash my feet in that dirt Asked to change rooms, moved us next door. Bath corrosion still there but new shower tile helped, coffee pot looked filthy and who knows last time it was cleaned. Peanuts under furniture on arrival and chair underlay was hanging. Carpet border on wall falling off on all around room Hot tub was in outside bldg disgusting dirty and very old. no towels, hotel info not given about towels on check in, I had to ask for 2 keys and response was we dont do that because of loss but she did give us 2 keys Soooo disappointed this was called a Baymount. But saw at checkout it was individually owned Never again will do this chain period
