Residenza Viani Guesthouse

We had a family room with two separate bedrooms. The rooms were HUGE (both floor space, and height) and it was nice to be able to spread out. They were also beautifully clean. Our host, Romina, asked what time we would be arriving and met us outside to help with our bags up to the room, which was a lovely gesture. She then ran us through all the INS and outs of the room, and provided some helpful advice and timetables regarding the Ferries and Trains.

Room was a little noisy, as it was Halloween, and there was a bar across the road. Other than that, the stay was great.

Fantastic staff, great location, lovely building and balcony. Staff were so helpful.

Perhaps the bed was a little hard

Very spacious room, tidy, clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent location to access the train station of La Spezia and explore the 5 terre

Our host Romina went above and beyond to help us settle in and gather info on things do.

Great trip in the historical centre of La Spezia. Close to all the necessary things ( Restaurants, Central Station, Harbour, Bus Station, Main Street,...). The Welcome of Romina was more than great. She advice us Restaurants, how to move on the city, which place to visit and even more because she call the doctor for my child when he was sick. Definetely Great place to go
