Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location, especially its proximity to the train station and ease of access to Cinque Terre and local attractions. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, several guests noted the lack of an elevator and the challenge of carrying luggage up stairs, as well as small room and bathroom sizes. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some guests disappointed by the offsite arrangement or limited selection. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly location and service, stood out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
