Pros: Room was beautiful and really comfortable. Huge bed with tons of pillows. The pool and hot tub facilities were great. The hotel was very clean and very quiet and peaceful. As a solo traveller I felt very at home and safe there.
Cons: Service wasn't unfriendly but not especially friendly either. Room service wasn't available when I tried to order it which was disappointing and unexpected.

Pros: This was our second stay at Villa Mazarin. Once again, we found it to be outstanding. The staff, the room, the common areas, the outside patio, the inside pool and jacuzzi, the location inside the walls of Aigues-Mortes, the restaurant - just can't be beat for a memorable stay. Highly highly recommended.

Pros: Large old nice room with large bathroom located on the second floor. No lifts to the old rooms in the building located on the entrance side. The beautiful restaurant which used to be highly ranked was nowadays outsourced and need to work a bit to get top points. A very nice SPA with in door pool, sauna and steam bath and gym.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff. Nice simple clean rooms.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location on the quay side watching the fishing fleet return in the afternoon great. This meant that the fish in the restaurant next door was also fresh. A very short walk into the town, some restaurants even had the names of the fishing vessels that the sea food had landed that day was posted on the menu. The lovely owners and staff were always so very helpful. Secure parking within the hotel area was a great bonus (chargeable but worth it) Breakfast was always good, fresh bread every day. We spent a very happy 5 days exploring the Camargue, we also watched the bulls being run through the town by the cowboys/cowgirls, all very exciting.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location with easy access to beaches. Loads of restaurants to go to and the people are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The room floor was dirty and when you have a 1 year old you care about these things. We were in back of hotel and the Laundry below our room started up at 7 am, not very client Friendly. There was no lift so had to carry everything up and down a spiral staircase, not very safe.
8,8 Excellent

Cons: The aircon leaked all night
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The stuff was very helpful . Not far from the beach and the restaurants. Very clean.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great boutique hotel in a seaside village. It's much quieter here than further up the coast, more local with French visitors rather than an international scene. Our room was small but once organized we were fine; the balcony opens to views of the sea and a fabulous sunset; rental bikes are available and worth a few hours on the bike path. We didn't spring for the breakfast, just brought coffee up to the room and enjoyed it on the balcony. Stefan at reception is lovely and friendly with all sorts of helpful information. We really enjoyed our 2 days here...very relaxing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The property is in an idyllic fantastic location
Cons: If to be picky, we had one large suitcase and there was no where to put it, otherwise small room but chic

Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect, breakfast was very nice all fresh produce. Entry of fresh fruit and drink selection was good. Restaurant on hand with a lovely variety and flavour of dishes was superb.
Cons: Our room was suitable but not quite due to location at the rear of the restaurant.
7,5 Good
Pros: Really helpful, friendly staff made us feel very welcome Fantastic location - at the end of the road so quiet and opening straight on to the beach Brilliant sunsets - great spot for evening drinks Excellent (if a bit pricey) restaurant Great breakfast choice with additional daily surprise extras chucked in Well located for visiting nearby towns and sites Great for swimming in Med
Cons: Room very small. Supposedly for 3 but two was a squash No door on shower area so you could see straight into shower from the bedroom For the price would have expected tea & coffee in the room. No bedside cabinet / table - just a little box thing screwed on the wall.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location view balcony and great staff
Cons: Small in room toilet and not a lot of floor space

Saint Louis - Aigues-Mortes - Bedroom

4,0 Okay
Pros: The location in Augues Mortes
Cons: Carrying luggage 2 floors up a stone spiral staircase. Standard small rooms you’d get in an Ibis. No tea/coffee making facilities. Staff glum and unhelpful.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was superb! Couldn’t have been better. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was kept clean and had a very comfortable bed. We also had a private terrace accessible through a door from our room. Enjoyed relaxing there before going out for an evening meal. Aircon was reliable and effective. Essential with superb weather we had during our visit. The bathroom and shower were fine.
Cons: The room was small and didn’t provide enough storage for guests like ourselves who were there for a week. Safe was very small. Toilet was clean but tiny. Getting in and out for somebody tall like myself was an exercise especially in the middle of the night! Breakfast which we had on one morning was very nice but expensive! 15€ a head. Within 50 metres of the hotel breakfast could be had for less than 15€ for two. Enough when you’ve been out for a meal the previous evening.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: location is great, room and hotel in great shape and nicely furbished, friendly, helpful and attentive staff
Cons: Quite difficult to reach the hotel by car, better leave it outside city centre
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: all good
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Self service breakfast as are most hotels. No dining, but plenty of places to eat nearby. Safe car parking in the tiny garage, but book this early. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, but certain roads are closed at various times of the day, meaning that when returning to the hotel we were never sure if we could get there. Sat nav was useless regarding this. However by having a residents pass, we always parked outside first, visited a cafe and checked the route was open before driving to the hotel. This was not a problem and a good excuse to sample more wonderful baking!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Small and quiet, funky decor and very friendly staff. Everything as it should be. Particularly nice garden setting for breakfast
Cons: No complaints

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Fine breakfast, pool, and location.
Cons: The ac only recirculated rather than cooling the air. The personnel was very helpful in cleaning the filters so that air circulated fasterz but it was clearly broken. They did offer to change rooms, but it would be still better if the ac in room 25 will be fixed before next summer.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This was a good hotel with basic facilities but everything you could want for a quiet week away. The staff were helpful and friendly , the pool was small but this was perfect for us. It was also only a 5/10 min walk to the harbour, beach and various restaurants
Cons: The bathroom was quite small
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything ok
Cons: Nothing at all
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very quiet, spacious and very comfortable and we had a nice top floor balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel staff were friendly and informative. The hotel was also well located in a quiet location but near shops and restaurants and a nearby park. Although small, the pool was ample size for our seven year old son to enjoy.
Cons: Some of the furnishings in the room and around the pool needed a little maintenance.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The suite was roomy, clean and modern. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Very nice.
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean and very silent room, near the park. Friendly reception. Not too expensive.
Cons: Small bathroom, but ok for one person. No desk (or to small) to work on.

Pros: The hotel was really morden
Cons: Didn’t have WiFi
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms very nice but a little small. Position, close to the beech. Receptionists and consierge guys, wonderful!
Cons: The beach staff including the "boos", was poor, idiotic, or racist! They did not let us stay on the beach beds even if for 5-6 hours there were not occupied more then 40-60% (I make photos in this sens)! At the hotel pool was free but in 4 hours, no one asked me if I wanted to drink or eat something. Very poor breakfast! The omelette was a kind of yellow glue that no one could eat!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location with private beach and swimming pool. Would be great for young kids, as the beach is very protected and shallow. Rooms were fantastic - very modern and comfortable with all expected amenities. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beach restaurant was a nice surprise.
Cons: The building was a little run-down on the outside and in the hallways. Could use some freshening, but this didn't take away from the experience and the rooms were very well appointed and clean.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location nice and clam. Great for short stay but I wouldn’t stay here longer than week again. Super convenient parking(spots are tight but they will park it for you) Nice pool in the back of the building View from the room was just amazing. Very clean.
Cons: Breakfast was good but same meal every morning. Restaurant was fine too but half of offered dishes are seafood so if you catch a bad weather on the sea you will not get any fresh food. Half of the staff barely speak English(except front desk) so if you don’t know French get ready for it.( check in and check out was easy tho) Slow WI-FI.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfast service and so nice to sit on the terrace to eat. Great that pool towels were provided. Friendly, approachable staff.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room we stayed in looked exactly like in the pictures and was spacious, light and beautiful.
Cons: The wifi was incredibly slow.

Pros: excellent location
Cons: aircon didn't work very well in one of the rooms
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very nice - it was 1 minute from the beach, and also you had most restaurants close by. Even if the hotel is close to the busy beach/boulevard, the rooms were very quiet, so you were able to properly relax. It had a really nice garden, where you could enjoy the shade in a hammock. The friendly staff was very in tune with the arty decor of the hotel and its cleanliness . We also loved the fact that we were able to buy fresh fruits from the close by Carrefour.
Cons: Initially I though that the "beach side" rooms have a sea view, but it wasn't the case, they were pointing to the boulevard.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nicely located, directly by the beach and the restaurants. A little jewel among the big buildings. The hotel's decoration is cool and colourful in every details, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The beach is nice and sandy for kids.

Pros: Great hotel, fantastic location and the bed was exceptionally comfortable . The staff was wonderful too. I highly recommend it if you happen to be in Montpellier.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are nice. The bathroom looks good and clean . The bed is comfy. Breakfast was verry good . Stylish little hotel in old town , the location is great , you can walk to the centre. Everythig is close . The staff is great , they speak english . We loved it .
Cons: The rooms are small but nice . Maybe some fresh tomatos at the breakfast would make it better.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The lady on reception was really kind the next day and offered me a nice breakfast after my bad night. On the downside, the aircon (heating) was broken in my room so I had to ask them to bring an extra blanket. And it was not a double bed - just 2 singles pushed together so you fell down the middle! I think the hotel should have told me it would cost 30euros to park - from 5pm Saturday to 2pm Sunday. They should give you detailed instructions on how to avoid paying this. Or at least tell you how much it would cost you if you park in the recommended car park. Unhappy sleeping experience.
6,0 Good
Pros: Great location Nice rooms with renovated bathrooms
Cons: We could not cool down the temperature of the room (AC did not work) and we could not turn off the heat (no way!). So the room was over 25ºC...it was hard to fall asleep They sold out of maps of the city and since we arrived at 7.30 pm we could not get another one from tourist office

Pros: The guy at the evening reception was helpful and polite. TV was Chromecast capable which allowed us to watch Amazon Prime and German TV through our smartphone Historic Centre in walking distance / 10 minutes
Cons: Our room was not very clean - but on a still acceptable level when we moved in. Unfortunately the room service did not clean anything during our stay, and on three out of five days they did not appear at all. Hence we ran out of towels and toilet paper, had to ask for renewal of our kitchen towel, waste bin was not emptied and so on. On the days when they felt like doing our room, they did it on a minimum level. Bed was made without any love, no cleaning happened at all. Cutlery and glasses were dirty from the very beginning. Water tap in kitchen area was not tightened. Adjustment of air conditioning /heating was blocked. TV did not work on arrival, which was fixed by moving us into another room. No discount could be granted as a recovery of the above described points. All in all very disappointing and definitely our last stay in Appart city hotels.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Parking underground, very clean and big room. Everything is new. Very kind staff at the reception. Free water.
Cons: Breakfast a little bit expensive. It is 15 minutes-walking away from the city center.

Pros: Didn't use the minikitchen, but the rest was all good.
Cons: Long walk indoors from our room to the elevator to the basement car park. Hard to determine how to open the door to leave the car park.

Pros: Clean, new rooms.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay in Montpellier.
Cons: Breakfast could be better. There was a unpleasant fried food smell in the apartement. Neighbours were separated only with one inner-door that didnt hold any noise.

Pros: Location, staff are very nice plus parking close by.

4,6 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: Some lights in the hallway didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work, the paint was chipped, the carpet in the hallway was stained, the breakfast room was very unappealing, not great value. There is a mistake in the bill, I was overcharged and need to call the hotel to rectify the mistake
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We booked last minute so I came with low expectations: had expected more or less run down rooms, and the uninterested staff typical of these resort hotels, but we were very pleasantly surprised: extremely friendly and helpful staff, including free valet parking at their very busy parking lot, Spotless rooms of a decent size, quite hard but still good beds, all rooms have decent balconies and ours had a nice view over the yacht harbour. Also surprised that several good restaurants, including the superb seafood at L'Ombrine (try the risotto with scallops!), were literally around the corner. Nice pool. The nice beaches are 15-20 minute walk away (there are less nice ones in the center of town). Good breakfast buffet with excellent scrambled eggs for the fans like me.
Cons: Nothing really. Don't expect great luxury or a style icon, but highly recommended if you're after a decent 4 star for a correct price.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location, location, location! Beautiful view on the marina, right in the centre of town, everything you need at your doorstep - plenty of restaurants, bars, shops. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Hotel pool was small and there was no service but it was quiet and had very comfortable lounges and towels provided. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and the hotel staff were very friendly.
Cons: The hotel seems a bit dated and I would not give it a 4 star rating but the location and the view makes up for it!
7,0 Good
Pros: comfortable beds lovely view parking good breakfast and evening meal
Cons: temperature in the restaurant in the evening
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location which was walking distance from both the beach, harbor, and bus stop. Most of the staff were also friendly and helpful.
Cons: The water pot was dirty, and we did not realize until we made a tea and drunk some of it... sorta ruined the first impression.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very helpful front desk people. Location, aspect, great vibe

Cons: Shower in bedroom needed a better screen
8,8 Excellent

6,7 Good
Pros: Their general attitude is very good. Clean. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Tiny TV with remotes not properly working - no proper lighting of the room. Parking expensive and tiny slots. Noisy.
9,6 Excellent

Cons: One waitress in restaurant was not keeping up with guest's incoming orders , it took far too long time to get meals prepared and served during the dinner.
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, big room
Cons: The dinner at the hotel restaurant was awful. I couldn’t eat my meal. I ordered Seiche and my husband ordered Wok. Not good at all. You should change the cuisine staff... and some waiters
5,4 Okay
Pros: Simple and clean place
Cons: Messed up our reservation as it initially included breakfast but we could not get it. No fitness centre No charging of electric cars for free
4,6 Okay
Pros: Nice location. Nice lobby
Cons: The room was not at all the same than on pictures. We paid for executive room and we got a classic one. When the bed of the children was open it became impossible to move and to go on the terrace. People booking via novotel had their room at 15h00. We had to wait until 16h00 despite the fact that I sent an email the week before informing them that we will arrive at 14h30
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and the staff very friendly. The view around the hotel is amazing. Parking is available.
Cons: Our room was dated with no balcony. We book a 2 person room, but we found towels only for one. It was just a one night say and we arrived very late so did not bother to ask for the second set of towels.
