Pros (+) Pool area set up was great. Loved the Solo Cup dispensers. Genius. If you are going to require plastic cups, it's a great idea to provide them. Good thinking.
Cons (-) Is there or isn't there a mini-golf course out back? It looked like it needed some work. Had I known about it, I would've take my kids (assuming it was included in the price of room).
