Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near transport and city attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews highlighting tidy rooms and daily cleaning. However, there were some complaints about uncomfortable beds and pillows, noise issues, and poor WiFi. Some guests also noted problems with bathroom facilities and the hotel's policy on bicycle storage. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location and service.
