Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's spacious rooms and excellent location near KLCC, making it convenient for both families and business travelers. Many found the value for money to be good and appreciated the well-equipped rooms and amenities. However, there were notable complaints about inconsistent cleanliness, poor service from staff, and issues with the pool being closed or overcrowded. Some guests also mentioned problems with parking, lack of kitchenware, and unreliable WiFi or TV channels. Overall, while the room size and location stood out positively, service and cleanliness were areas for improvement.
