A lovely clean and friendly hotel perfectly situated on a quiet street near the main square. Surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants.
5 Day Break
The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to attend to your needs as much as possible, I would certainly recommend them, and stay at the Hotel again.
breakfast clean room
Good location, kind staff.
The milk products for breakfast were unfortunately not cold and the first day the coffee was not warm
I like the hotel's location close to Kazimierz as well as the Rynek. I also like the hotel as it is a friendly hotel with excellent staff and it is also not too big. The staff were very kind and helpful.
I'd have like to have had a tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom.
Helpful and courteous staff with good command of English. Modern bathroom, large room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Very close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars - and public transport.
Smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms.
rather uncomfortable mattresses; streetside rooms can be noisy
good room, friendly, location to Market Square
It's central position for seeing the various parts of Krakow
There was no bath, only a shower
The location, the breakfast, and the attitude of the staff.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff
We did not stay at the hotel regent because as we arrived they said the hotel plumbing was not working and so there were no rooms available and we were moved to Galycia for one night and then the rest of the stay was in hotel Rezydent. My comments are below
The hotel plumbing was very noisy, every time you ran any water the plumbing made very load noises. The walls were so thin that you could hear a conversation in the room next door.
A stay at Hotel Regent places you in the heart of Krakow, within a 15-minute walk of Wawel Castle and Dragon's Den. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Krakow? This hotel has facilities measuring 334 square feet (31 square meters), including a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
