Pros (+) The facility and the grounds are beautiful, and the setting is stunning! This being said, the greatest asset that the Grand Hyatt has is it’s staff. From the front desk to the grounds staff, these are great people! This was our fourth visit, and we’ll be back.

Cons (-) resort is almost too large. Also, some areas need a good scrubbing. In the 5 days that we were there, pool was not vacuumed and pool tiles need to be scrubbed.

Pros (+) Beautiful property. Ocean views are well worth the price. Our room included breakfast brunch which was extensive and on an open floor with fantastic facility/ocean views.
Cons (-) You have to rent (read: pay) for cabanas.
