Facing the sea, Lipa Lodge Beach Resort provides beach-front accommodation with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and spa treatments. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it also houses the award-winning Restaurant Lipa Lodge. All air-conditioned rooms feature a balcony with views of the sea or beach. All come with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and minibar. En suite bathrooms come with a shower and free toiletries. Lipa Lodge Beach Resort is a 10-minute drive from Raja Pier. It is a 45-minute drive from Samui International Airport and Big Buddha Beach. Recommended by many guide books, the on-site restaurant serves Thai and international dishes. It enjoys spectacular sea views and is lit up beautifully at night. Day trips and area shuttles can be arranged at the tour desk. The resort also provides laundry and ironing services. Pros (+) The staff responded to our need to move rooms after making sure the air conditioner did not work.
Cons (-) We ordered bottledwater at dinner. The server opened the water and we think the bottle had already been opened and used . The next days after both of us where sick. The electricity in our room also stopped working which did not help how we felt. We have learned to open our own water and to not trust the server as much.
