Pros (+) Staff/ owners very welcoming, capable. Good location near OIT just north of town. Good value, clean, well-maintained rooms.
Cons (-) These older court-style motels tend to be noisy as guests leave early. Late sleepers may hear early departers talking and slamming car doors in the parking lot at 6AM just twenty feet outside their unit. Unit compact, with refrigerator and microwave in the closet area, could use a little more hanging storage.
