Pros (+) I loved the location. Staff was efficient, room was spacious. Very family friendly; although we didn’t have any kids with us we did see lots of families there. The place is pet friendly which is a great option. It was a great place to stay and we’d definitely go back.
Cons (-) The complimentary breakfast was pretty good but the service wasn’t very helpful. There was no cups for water, no one came around to help, and when we went up to the cash register to order juice no one was there.

Cons (-) Dark hallways on second floor, very outdated. Shower valve was 5 years past replacing. Very difficult to operate. Bar sink aerator sprayed water all over.

Pros (+) Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms, has everything you would need.
Cons (-) Internet...sometimes a little slow. TV channels all whacked out, not all are inputted so keeping track of what is where is a challenge, but a minor issue.

Pros (+) Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was completely full for 2 major area events, but still quiet at night. Perfect location for OIT graduation events. The breakfast was amazing - we ate there both mornings. Most all of the staff were kind and patient with exception to the manager on duty when we checked in.
Cons (-) We rearrange our arrival time for 2-2:30 for an early check because of our elderly diabetic Aunt, but when we arrived we were told the check in time was 4pm and they were short staffed & completed booked. The front office staff was doing their best to accommodate us, but the manager was NOT helpful nor polite to say the least!! We were told that they would try to get us a room as soon as the next ...

Pros (+) I have stayed here several times over the years and this is still an excellent place to stay. It's updated, has very clean spacious rooms, great complimentary breakfast and everything is indoors. The linens were new and the bed was very comfortable. The frig, microwave, coffee maker, dryer were all in good working order. Great value for the price.
