Pros (+) I liked the location.
Cons (-) The hotel only had one room available due to a lacrosse team taking the majority of the hotel. The adolescent boys were on all the floors. They were loud and they made noise late into the night. Then in the morning a bunch of their luggage was on the floor blocking getting to the tables for the continental breakfast. Pros (+) The newly renovated hotel was perfect for my one night stay. The location was within walking distance of my meeting, which was a bonus. The hotel staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast provided both hot and cold options.

Pros (+) Located next to the King of Prussia mall. Many restaurants around the area too.
Cons (-) The bathroom drain didn't work well, so you wind find yourself standing in a foot of water. But the worst part was the breakfast. The bacon was burnt and the sausage was so overcooked that it turned into I don't know what. People eat before leaving, so if breakfast isn't done right then that's what they'll remember about their stay and not return. It's a shame because I won't.
