They took care of us during a scary time (weekend Covid 19 lockdown began) and handled it with grace, efficiency and friendliness. Hand wipes were available at front desk and breakfast was organised brilliantly with spacing out of tables and hand sanitiser available. I regret not catching the name of the lovely woman that took care of us at breakfast both mornings, she was really caring and friendly and made a scary time less scary. We are grateful. The room was large, comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Everything was a little bit dated but really well maintained so it was charming. It was definitely a haven for us during a time when we were questioning why we were out in the world .. The location was also great, just on the outskirts of town but easy in and out parking to jump right onto the Ring of Kerry and the beautiful Nat'l Park just down the road
Small TV, especially in proportion to the size of the room ..
Fabulous place. They went above and beyond with exceptional service. Great location. We'll be back
Everything from the staff to the room to breakfast. They put us in the O Connell suite and it was fabulous.
The only fault I had is they had no bar, which i didn't realise until i got there. But it wouldn't stop me from booking again
Staff was wonderful! There was a lift to easily take your suitcases up. Food was great with a large assortment at breakfast, rooms very comfortable. Location was perfect!
Can't think of a thing.
Very friendly staff, room was fantastic with views of the mountain, walking distance to town no need for a car, excellent bathroom facilities, bed was very comfortable and breakfast plenty of choice and excellent quality of food.
Nothing that we didn’t like about the place
