Pros (+) The staff was so welcoming and helpful, we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked through the door. We stayed in a gorgeous & spacious room with a balcony located on the front of the property. The bed was soft and pillows comfy. The hotel is very quaint and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Cons (-) Couldn't connect to wifi in our room and had to go downstairs in the common areas to get a connection. But that gave me an excuse to sit in front of the fireplace, so I can't complain!
