Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful. My family got stranded due to car trouble, and they managed to find us a room quickly with a 10% discount. The free breakfast was very nice. Right next to the beach. Excellent location. Very close to Jockey's Ridge and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons (-) Room needs updating, It had a smell. Room was not cleaned. Had to call they desk brought fresh towels. Breakfast was limited, hard bagels.

Pros (+) Location. It's an oceanfront hotel. However not all the rooms are overlooking the beach. Has BBQ/picnic area. Outdoor pool.
Cons (-) We booked a room with a queen bed & we were given a full size bed in a handicap accessible room. The bed itself was complete mush, we didn't sleep very well & our backs were killing us. Pros (+) Overall it was great for the money! I can't say enough about the helpful stage! They were great! For an older beachfront facility it was clean and ok shape. Unfortunately the weather was very cold and rainy while we were there so we couldn't enjoy as much of the facilities as we would like. I would go again!
