Pros: Nothing. Didn't get the car I reserved.
Cons: I reserved a car online. When I showed up the next day, I was told that there were no cars available - that the online system used to reserve cars isn't actually connected to the current inventory. So my reservation meant nothing, despite having a confirmation. Really ruined my trip!

Pros: Customer service is the best ! My need is in good hands I don't have to think when it comes to a rental Enterprise is always there for me and my family , Thank you

Very nice and resourceful staff
Pros: Quick drop off and pick up. Everyone was very nice and made sure you knew where everything was on the car (gas door latch, side of the car it's in, etc).
Cons: The car I had, the doors didn't unlock when you turned off the car. Probably just a setting, not really a complaint, just annoying.
