Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient and quiet location, friendly and helpful service, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the lack or inadequacy of air conditioning and ventilation, especially during warm weather. Some minor issues with room size, privacy in bathrooms, and restaurant service are noted, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making the hotel a recommended choice for many travelers.
