The front desk staff wasn't masked, which is really shocking when there are already more than 4 million covid-19 cases in the US as of my stay. There was hair in the sink and the window screen was missing so I couldn't even get fresh air. I was on the ground floor and the window was big enough for a stranger to step through had I left it open. As a woman traveling alone, that's the surest way to make me feel unsafe.
The woman at the front desk was great. Seriously, the best customer service I have had at a hotel.
The room was dingy, dirty, and felt gross. Was definitely not worth $100 a night. There were stains all over the rug in the hallway, almost no food in the vending machine, and only one out of four of the locks/doors to enter the building was working. I will not return.
Good hotel, well situated
Location, price, and size of the room
room keys did not always work on the doors and room, heater in the room was either all on or all off, so the room varied hot and cold.
Clean place to sleep
Pet friendly, clean rooms.
