Was not able to stay here because as an 18-year-old, was not allowed to check in, even though that was never disclosed during the booking process. Very disappointing and scary thing to happen when you’re not arriving until midnight and you have to find another hotel.

Cons (-) The front desk staff wasn't masked, which is really shocking when there are already more than 4 million covid-19 cases in the US as of my stay. There was hair in the sink and the window screen was missing so I couldn't even get fresh air. Pros (+) The woman at the front desk was great. Seriously, the best customer service I have had at a hotel.
Cons (-) The room was dingy, dirty, and felt gross. Was definitely not worth $100 a night. There were stains all over the rug in the hallway, almost no food in the vending machine, and only one out of four of the locks/doors to enter the building was working. I will not return.
