Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Spodek, the city center, and transport links. The staff and service are frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. Some guests appreciate the value for money and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, several reviews mention significant noise issues, particularly from nearby clubs, events, and thin walls, which disturbed sleep. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with multiple complaints about uncomfortable or poorly maintained beds. Despite these negatives, the convenient location and attentive staff remain the most appreciated aspects.
