Pros (+) Phenomenal location, right on the ocean. Great views, and a pretty pool as well. Fabulous value!
Cons (-) The facilities are a bit dated; the rooms not facing the ocean may not have the best views.

Pros (+) The grounds fronting the ocean were nice but the wild chickens were a nuisance.
Cons (-) The Economy room was terrible. The balcony fronted on to an alley with 2 big garbage dumpster in it right below our balcony. The shower curtain rod was rusting away. The carpeting was dirty. There were no chairs to use in the room and only one bedside table.
