The second manager and staff at Lihue airport who eventually did help us and did all they could do to make it right for us.Cons:
I received a call that rental location was not open when we would arrive. The offer was to have the car (plus 2 others I rented at the same time) at a different location nearer where we were staying available the next morning. I paid $120 in cab fees to get to our location, but the next morning went to the closer location and found it closed. No one at any number we could find for Enterprise knew anything about our situation other than to suggest that we go BACK to the airport location. (I then had a voice mail from the nearer location about picking up the vehicles but no one answered when I called back. I never heard from him or the manager who gave me his private cell number to call if there was a problem. I called. No response. Ever.) We returned to the airport location (Another $60 cab fare. Once there, I will say the manager on duty was very apologetic and accommodating and even reimbursed us the cab fare. He treated us very well and he is to be commended. But the disorganization cost us a half day of our Hawaiian vacation, time with my family I can't recover.Advantage

They will give your car "away" if you are running late and then only have higher end vehicles that they upsell you on. Happened to several people, seems like a pattern-even though you have a non-refundable deposit -they will give your car away if an hour later than time you designate. Class action anyone?Payless
