Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its exceptional service, with staff frequently described as attentive, friendly, and going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The location is highly appreciated for its proximity to Kandy, beautiful views, and tranquil setting. Many reviews highlight the delicious breakfast and the charming, old-world atmosphere of the property, including its gardens and colonial decor. However, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells, dampness, and maintenance concerns in some rooms. Overall, the positive experiences far outweigh the negatives, making this hotel a favorite for many visitors.
